Who we are
GJDWeb is a website design service run by Jaya Meadows. You can contact us at jaya@gjdwebdesign.uk.
What data we collect and why
MTD checker tool. When you use the MTD checker, nothing is saved and nothing is sent anywhere. The tool runs entirely in your browser. We collect no data from using it.
Email sign-up (MTD calendar). If you choose to enter your email address to receive the MTD deadline calendar, we collect your email address and a note of which MTD result group you were in. We use this to send you the calendar file and, occasionally, useful updates from GJDWeb. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for anything else.
Contact form. If you get in touch via our contact page, we collect your name, email address and any message you send. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
How we store and process your data
Email sign-ups from the MTD checker are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to our email inbox. We use those details to send you the calendar and any follow-up emails we said we would send. We do not use automated profiling or make automated decisions based on your data.
How long we keep your data
We keep email addresses on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to ask us to delete your details.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email jaya@gjdwebdesign.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
The GJDWeb website and the MTD checker do not use cookies or analytics tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar service. There is nothing to consent to.
Changes to this notice
If we make changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change. We will not notify you of minor wording updates.
